Care Co-ordinator

Do you have excellent organisational and communication skills? We regularly recruit Care Coordinators for various health and social care settings. This role involves assisting in the provision of a range of domiciliary services to adults within their own homes. Therefore, you will need to have a willingness to adapt and work flexible hours. Relevant experience in care or support work role is required, along with an understanding of CQC legislations

Typical duties include:
  • Assessing and processing referrals for new care packages.
  • Assigning care workers to service users in line with an organisation’s standards and processes.
  • Ensure health and safety of residents, following up safeguarding issues, and providing advocacy.

Roles are usually full-time, Monday to Friday in a Midlands location. Driving Licence required
