Do you have excellent organisational and communication skills? We regularly recruit Care Coordinators for various health and social care settings. This role involves assisting in the provision of a range of domiciliary services to adults within their own homes. Therefore, you will need to have a willingness to adapt and work flexible hours. Relevant experience in care or support work role is required, along with an understanding of CQC legislations
Typical duties include:
Assessing and processing referrals for new care packages.
Assigning care workers to service users in line with an organisation’s standards and processes.
Ensure health and safety of residents, following up safeguarding issues, and providing advocacy.
Roles are usually full-time, Monday to Friday in a Midlands location. Driving Licence required
