Business Development Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Lead specializing in recruitment services for care homes. This means finding care homes who may benefit from our specialist service and demonstrating our value proposition.

Typical duties include:

• Using various channels to generate leads and initiate contact with decision-makers.
• Engaging with prospective clients to understand their specific staffing requirements and challenges.
• Presenting our recruitment solutions tailored to the needs of each client.

Roles are usually full-time, Monday to Friday in a Midlands location. Bonuses available with uncapped commission and excellent career progression.
